New Service Connection Procedure

Must come in person to our office, (500 E. Main St.)
A utility release form must be filled out. (see link below to print utility release form)
Renting or Leasing, must provide renters\lease agreement at time of service.
Homeowners Please provide proof of home ownership.
You will also be required to provide a picture identification. (i.e. – Drivers License or I.D.)
An...$80.00 deposit is required for a residential combined water and wastewater account.
A...$40.00 deposit is required for a residential water only or wastewater only account.
A..$100.00 deposit is required for a commercial account.
