Batesville Water Utility

To setup a new account you must come in person to our office, (500 E. Main St.)
A utility release form must be filled out. (see link below to print utility release form)
You will also be required to provide a picture identification. (i.e. – Drivers License or I.D.)
An...$80.00 deposit is required for a residential combined water and wastewater account.
A...$40.00 deposit is required for a residential water only or wastewater only account.
A..$100.00 deposit is required for a commercial account.

Pfeiffer Public Water Authority

A utility release form & a Pfeiffer user agreement must be filled out. (see link below to print utility release & user agreement forms)
You will also be required to provide a picture identification. (i.e. – Drivers License or I.D.)
An $80.00 deposit is required for a residential or commercial water account.
