The City's Landscaping Department is under the supervision of Johnathan Abbott. Mr. Abbott and his crew maintain most of the City's property. They also mow and maintain the "Welcome to Batesville" signs, the Flag Plaza at St. Louis & Harrison Streets, the Veterans Plaza on St. Louis Street and the City's Levee.
