Batesville Regional Airport is located in the beautiful foothills of the Ozark Mountains in Batesville, Arkansas.  Our airport is capable of handling all types of private and corporate aircrafts.  We have 2 runways.  25/07, our main runway, is 6,002 feet long and 150 feet wide.  Runway 17/35 is 3,000 feet long and 60 feet wide.  Our current traffic is 25% general aviation and 75% corporation.   40 aircrafts are based here with an average of 25 takeoffs and landings per day.  We recently completed a new security fence for our facility.  The new taxiway for runway 17/35 and the FAA is installing a LOC/DME with NDB are both now complete and in operation.  We expect both of these improvements to be completed in 005.  Our airport also offers a full service fuel sales, a courtesy car, a 24-hour pilot's lounge and a Tourist Information Center.  Rental cars are available through Enterprise and Mark Martin Ford.  Precision Aerospace Technologies is located at our airport.  Precision Aerospace Technologies is a FAA repair station with an avionics shop and is Cessna Aircraft Certified.  Annual events include a Poker Run in June sponsored by Experimental Aircraft Association Chapter 1001 and Airport Day held in October.  If you are interested in more information on our airport, please contact Mrs. Mary Amos, Manager.
