The Batesville Municipal Building houses the City Administrative Offices, Batesville Code Enforcement, Batesville Water Utilities and several tentants upstairs. The Administrative Offices include the Mayor's Office and the City Clerk's Office.

Mrs. Sue Skinner is the Mayor's assistant and also handles the City employees medical insurance and workers comp. claims.

The City Clerk's office consits of the Clerk, Denise Johnston, Sr. Deputy Clerk Brenda Riley and Deputy Clerk Jennifer Corter. The Clerk's office keeps the records of the city as well as doing the payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and all bookkeeping records for the city.
